Visiting Professor
Brendan created a one-semester medium-ensemble arranging course for Endicott College that outlined the foundations of arranging around The Gottabees’ theater piece: Lollipops For Breakfast. In addition, Brendan worked with students to expand the score for The Gottabees & Endicott College Chamber Ensemble’s feature performance.
Brendan's Notes
I worked with two arranging students at Endicott College to take the score that Tony Leva & I composed for Lollipops For Breakfast and expanded it to include a chamber group. We worked with ensemble director Nathan Cohen, who lead his ensemble through our arrangement drafts at their weekly rehearsals. Over the semester, the music expanded and culminated in a performance at the Rose Performance Hall.
